I might edit this: good books…that actually look as if they have been read. Because, while everyone likes different books, if I go home with you and all you have is Twilight, or a pristine copy of some renowned intellectual tome displayed proudly on the shelf, or laid carelessly in view on a coffee table,  I will not.
